Abiogenesis means "origin by abiotic processes ". The concept refers to the "generation of living beings that start as inert systems, by means of inorganic autocatalytic processes".At present, this abiotic process no longer happens on Earth. We have not observed the emergency of living beings from inert materials. Currently, we use the term to describe the emergency of living beings on any planet of the Universe where they exist.
